Cooking Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Now what has happened here we have got a little under controlled with our fire. So what we are going to do is start taking this stuff of the fire. Oh no that was not suppose to happen. My stick broke. I hate it when that happens. Oh no. Okay we are loosing pieces of mushrooms. It got a little toasted. Now that one is off the fire, now we got one more veggie kabob to rescue from the fire. Okay we got that one off. Now we have a mushroom over here that we need to rescue. Then a another piece over here, then another mushroom over here. Man that fire is hot now. I went to go get drinks and came back and I think that mushroom is lost right there. Oh well! Now I'm going to get the, I'm going to turn this one over. Okay that got a little toasted y'all. So anyway you get the idea. Here are some veggie kabob, some of them slightly roasted.
