Adding Vegetables To Grill for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Now we have been cooking our corn and a cob in tin foil over our open pit barbecue. So the corn basically has some butter on it and some pepper on it. We started that cooking before so they have been cooking now for maybe five minutes. Then we get that going and then we are going to go ahead and put our veggies onto the grill. We are going to keep them away from the direct heat so they can cook slowly. We don't want to cook that to fast. Now we have our veggie kabobs and our corn and a cob cooking over the open pit fire. Our pit and life is good.
