Cooking Tips for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Now this is the time to consider a lot of things when you are cooking when you are vegetarian food. You think about some of the priorities when you are cooking. Do you want/like who are you cooking for? How many people? How long is the entertainment? How long is your party going to be going? Now for me it just kind of happens some friends come over and we just build a fire and we just start cooking. But if you are a series entertainer you are going to want to have a established area for entertaining. You need to make sure that you have some way of getting your friends home after the party and you know that is always safety first.
