Adding Lime Juice for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. So we would continue just putting vegetables onto our veggie kabobs. Skewering them, being careful not to skewer yourself. I'm going to put a smaller one on the end here. Here is another veggie kabob. Now we have our veggie kabobs laid out on our tray and with the mushrooms and tomatoes and a couple of different kinds of squash. Now we are going to take one of our limes and I"m just basically going to cut it in half. Then I'm going to put lime juice all over our veggie kabobs. Just keep covering our veggie kabobs with lime juice. Even pieces of the lime, little chunks of the lime I like to scattered on top of the veggie kabobs.
