Skewering Vegetables for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs: Part 1

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. So we are going to go ahead and get started with our/making our kabobs. Now most people would put these through like this. Actually I like to put them through this way and I'm just going to stick on a mushroom. We would stick on another piece of squash. Maybe a bell pepper or rather a tomato, a chunk of bell pepper and then some big chunks of onion. So we are basically going to continue with this kind of arrangement. Then we are going to, let's see what is going on here next. I'm going to put on another mushroom on here. So now we have a veggie kabob.
