Cutting Squash for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. So we are going to start off we are going to cut on this board. I'm just going to cut off the ends and then cut these up into slices about 3/4s of a inch thick. These we are going to skewer with our shishkabobs. Throw that away and then we are just going to continue cutting up or zucchini to pretty good size chunks and these we are going to skewer. I kind of like that word.
