Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Then we have some limes. With limes what I like to do is before I cut them open is I take the ends of them and I jam them onto the something. So what I'm doing I'm smashing the inside of the lines so that when you cut it you will get all the juices out of it. Then I roll it and what I'm doing is I'm breaking up all the little packets of juice inside of there. So now you would be able to get the juices out of that lime a lot better. Easier. You can just feel when you smash down on it you can just feel all the packets of juice breaking up. So you just kind of roll that out and break it up inside of there really good until you can tell that is all smashed up.
