Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. The next step in making our veggie kabobs is we are going to take our squash and we are going to wash this to get any chemicals off it. So I generally have a little scrubber that I don't see handy here but I'm just going to rinse these off. I'm really not the particular kind of guy. I'm not really picky.
