Rinsing Vegetables for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. The next step in making our veggie kabobs is we are going to take our squash and we are going to wash this to get any chemicals off it. So I generally have a little scrubber that I don't see handy here but I'm just going to rinse these off. I'm really not the particular kind of guy. I'm not really picky. So all of you single girls take notes. So we have washed off those we are going to have our cherry tomatoes here. I'm just going to rinse these off. Next we have some mushrooms, these look great. So we are going to rinse these off and then we have a bell pepper. I don't need to many of these, I think I ate to many as a kid one time but some people just love them. So I'm going to put those in there t.
