Picking Vegetables for Open Fire Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. Now we are going to see what we have here. I see we got some yellow squash and some zucchini that looks pretty good. We are on a roll here we have some what are these, these are some more zucchinis. Oh those are different they are a different kind of zucchini there. Not sure what it is. But this I know what this is this is good corn we can cook that it is vegetarian. I use to eat meat all the time but now I just don't eat so much meat anymore. Oh good limes. Okay this is really good. I don't know maybe this is some marshmallows, so I don't think we are going to have that in our veggie kabobs but may be for dessert. Let's see what else oh ya this is good. So we have some cherry tomatoes. We have some mushrooms. What else do we got here? What is this? Bell pepper, some onions, we are on a row here. Okay here is some other stuff you can just kind of raid the fridge here. Some seasoning and what other kind of seasonings do we have here? Soda, I have some picante sauce that is always good. What else do we have? Now this is some Louisiana hot sauce I think I"m going to pass on that right now.
