introduction To Open Fire Cooking Vegetable Kabobs

Hi, I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to show you how to cook your veggie kabobs over a natural open pit fire. The first thing we need to do is think about safety. So first we are going to just wash our hands because I have just been working. So we are going to use antibiotic soap and we are going to scrub our hands really good. Then we are going to kind of take stock of what we got. We have a fire that has just begun out back and the boys are out there making sure the fire is working good. Then we are going to (that was my last paper towel, I was not suppose to do that). Now we have cleaned up a little bit and we are going to kind of take stock of what we have cause as a bachelor guy like me you are just going to kind of see what you got and then make something out of it.
