Adding Soy Sauce for Ramen Egg Drop Soup

Once your eggs start to begin cooking which should only take about 30 seconds you are going to go ahead and add the soy sauce. Now you probably only want to add between one or two tablespoons of soy sauce. You can use a tablespoon to measure that or again if you are trying to cut down on utensils and containers you can just eyeball it. So I'm going to go one two and that is going to give it a nice salty flavor. Then we're going to add some pepper because in any kind of soup I make I like it to become spicy so we'll add the pepper then cook it a little bit longer to allow the pepper and soy sauce to mix in.
