Preparing Eggs for Ramen Egg Drop Soup

The interesting thing about this recipe is you actually add ingredients to the boiling water as it's cooking the noodles. So we're going to season this ramon noodle egg drop soup with pepper and soy sauce and allowing the natural flavor of the eggs. We're going to want to take the little seasoning packet out of your ramon noodle packet and throw it in the trash. You'll get one egg you can if you really like eggs and the protein that they add to the soup you can add two eggs. We're going to put two eggs in ours today, one will be just be fine more than enough for ramon noodle egg drop soup. The reason I'm going to use two eggs today is so I can show you two methods for putting the eggs in the noodles. It looks like our water is just about to a boil so the first thing you can do if you're using a measuring cup is you can crack the egg and careful not to get any shells in your egg. You can see how I simply put the egg in the measuring cup, now the other way if your confident and your ability to crack an egg without getting any shells in your food is to just to crack it right on the side of the pot and drop it straight in.
