Ramen Chicken Caesar Salad Ingredients

If you are like me and working with a tight budget, you want to prepare dishes that are healthy and also don't take much time. So the first thing you are going to need to do is go to the store and buy some ingredients. Any ramon noodle dish would not be complete without ramon noodles. Of course you have two options these days, the regular ramon noodles or the choice ramon noodles that have 80% less fat and 25% less sodium. We got some baby spinach. This comes prewashed and ready to cook with and something to note about buying things like this you will use this several times. This baby spinach will generally keep for about a week after you purchase it and so I will use it to cook various dishes throughout the week. You may have to pay a few dollars for this at the store but the actual amount that you will use in your dish each time you cook it, it will only cost you a few cents. A tomato is an option if you like tomatoes. I'll be putting tomatoes in our salad today. This is a romano tomato. Also it's going to cost you a few cents. Then I have a can of chicken breast. This is nice if you are working on a tight budget like I am you are going to probably also trying to save time. So instead of boiling your own chicken this comes preboiled and packed in water. Then of course you will need Caesar dressing. I have a creamy garlic Caesar cause I really like garlic but experiment with a couple of different kinds of dressings so find one that you really enjoy. Caesar dressing already has Parmesan cheese in it generally but I also like to garnish my salad with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and then some pepper which again we'll use after everything else is prepared so for looks and for a little spice.
