Adding Cake Batter to Pans

Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman and I’m in, I live in North Reddington Beach, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to demonstrate how to make Italian Crème Cake. Okay we are going to distribute the cake batter evenly through three pans. These are all going, these three cakes are going to be layered together with a cream cheese frosting, so you are just going to have to eyeball it and get even amounts so that your cake layers are nice and even. Start out with a little bit in each and then go back and distribute a little bit more where it is needed and a rubber spatula is necessary if you want to get all of the batter out. Okay and then you smooth the tops and if you have one that is a little bit different than the other two then you can use that one for the middle and that usually will keep it nice and even.
