Ingredients for Italian Cream Cake Frosting

Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman and I’m in, I live in North Reddington Beach, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to demonstrate how to make Italian Crème Cake. Okay we are ready to make our frosting and we are going to use the mixer and the whisk attachment. The ingredients for our frosting is; eight ounces of cream cheese and one stick of butter and we will start that, get that mixing, then we add a teaspoon of vanilla, roughly, I usually don’t measure vanilla I go by eye and then we slowly add about one pound of powered sugar which is three and a half cups, we are going to add it a little bit at a time, or not.
