Preheating the Oven for Italian Cream Cake

Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman and I’m in, I live in North Reddington Beach, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to demonstrate how to make Italian Crème Cake. Okay, before we prepare our pans we need to preheat our oven and we are going to preheat it to three seventy five and we are also going to bake the cake on the upper, the upper third of the oven which will keep it from getting too brown on the bottom. So we are going to preheat it to three seventy five, ovens vary but we are baking we are not going to be broiling. It is important that you keep an eye on the cake while it is baking too and you are also going to need to turn it one time to ensure even cooking.
