How to Play Key Signature Flats for Advanced Piano Lessons

We learned about how sharp’s order is F, C, G, D, A, E, B. If we go ahead and talk about the flats. Flats are B, E, A, D, G, C, F, exactly backwards of the sharps. So we have B flat and E flat and that is it. Well how do we know how many, what key signature this is because it has two flats, well, all you have to do is go to the next to last flat, the next to the last one on this one is B flat, so it's in the key of B flat, there’s a little trick. This particular song has four flats in the key signature, so we have B flat, E flat, A flat, and D flat, what is the next to the last flat here, A flat, so we know if it is an A flat, how many flats is that going to have, four… four flats, you play the A flat twice of course because it is an octave, there is two of them.
