Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today, I'm going to show you how to make Cajun shrimp. Okay, as you could see, I'm still stirring, but it's cooked nicely here. So what we're going to do now -- now, it's not done yet. What we're going to do now is we're going to add our half a cup of warm water while we're stirring and just stir that in. Okay, just -- let's just get it around and make sure everything is kind of moist. And look at that, the roux's really thick now. Okay. And then we're going to add the rest of our ingredients, our tomato sauce. Let's make sure we get all that out. We're going to add some salt, and our Tabasco sauce. And let's stir that in, and that's going to be really, really awesome. Over a bed of rice, this is going to taste incredible. Let's just keep stirring it around like so. Look how thick that's getting. It's getting really thick, a great sauce with our shrimp. Okay, so now I'm going to turn my stove to medium-high. And you see how it's already starting to bubble? That's what we want. We want it to start boiling, and it's -- Look how thick it's getting. This is going to be really tasty. And what I want to do now is I'm going to cover this, and we're going to let it cook on medium -- medium-high for about an hour.
