Adding Vegetables To Cajun Shrimp

Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today, I'm going to show you how to make Cajun shrimp. Okay, so now we're going to add our fresh parsley. Let's stir that in. Okay. Then we're going to add some onion and garlic. Okay, we're going to stir that in. Oh, that's coming together really nice. It smells amazing. Just keep stirring and make sure it's mixed in really well. You can see how thick that roux's gotten around the shrimp. And then we're going to add in our green pepper. Let's just -- just keep it moving. I'm going to saute this for about three or four minutes, maybe a little longer. But just always remember to keep it moving, and make sure everything is mixed in beautifully and everything cooks evenly. That's why it's very important to just keep it moving. And look how good that's looking. Looking very, very awesome! So I'm just going to keep moving this around for the next few minutes until it just sautes really nicely and everything is cooked well. And I will see you on the next step.
