Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make Cajun Shrimp. Okay, so first thing that we are going to do is to chop our vegetables here. Let's start with our pepper, and make sure these are freshly washed, so make sure that you wash them really good. So, we're going to cut around the stalk here. And we want to finely chop the pepper. So, pull out that stalk and just lay it off to the side. And we have these seeds. So we'll get rid of these seeds in a second. We'll just cut this in half and deal with half at a time. Lets move all the stuff that we're not going to use, just get that off to the side like so. And then I just going to give it the once over like so, then we'll gather it all back up, and chop it a little more fine. Just grab this and go over it one more time. Like so. Use your fingers as a guide. And lets go over it one more time here. Okay, that's looking pretty good. Okay, that's pretty fine right there. So we'll worry about this next. Let's work on our onion here. You're going to chop the ends off, like so, and then cut this one side here and cut on the other side, and you can just peel the first layer off really easily. This way we don't have to worry about peeling the onion by hand. That would be a pain. So here we go, our peeled onion. And we want to dice this so I going to cut like so, then I'm going to turn it to the side and I'm going to cut across what I just cut. And then we just chop that right down and we have diced onions. That simple. Okay, so I'm going to finish up the rest of this onion and this pepper here and we'll get to the next step.
