Use a Rope for Kick Boxing Movements

Hi, my name is Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and I'm here with Expert Village. I will be going over Advanced Cardio Kick Boxing. Alright, we're going to work on bobbing and weaving. What we do is we have a rope tied to both of our Powerline bag and our Bob here. And what we're going to do is we're going to just come up and around. Up and around. And just go back and forth. Just so you're doing a little bit of motion. We're going to do that, but back and forth. Alright, and now, second, we're going to throw a punch into it. So you're going to bob, punch. Bob, punch. Bob, punch. And notice I'm punching into the opposite um angles. And as a third one, great workout, you're going to do a double punch. Bob, one, two. Bob, one, two. Make sure to breath. Alright and now we're going to go ahead and throw a kick into it. You're going to bob, front kick out. Bob, front kick out. Notice I'm using the opposite leg. Try to go up and down twice with each one that you do.
