My name is Kevin Blakeney and on behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you today how to chose your buildings and customize kits for your new model railroad village. We are now going to look at your building chooses. Now in selecting your buildings, you have 2 main chooses kit or prebuilt. Prebuilt is going to be obviously built already and it is going to be more expensive. But if you are impatient like me, that is probably the root that you are going to want to take. Now in choosing kits, you want to look first of all at how much is involved in building and what the pieces look like when you first buy them. A lot of the kits come in really ugly colors and you are going to faux finish them to look more realistic. In building this kit, we have added drip stains going down the roof and faded the paint a lot to age it and make it look like a general store from around the 1920s. The rest of these structures where all prebuilt that works for residential homes. A lot of these look very well kept up and would fit our them perfectly. Now including other structures you want to get maintenance of way structures which are your smaller buildings and we would talk about those later in track side.
