Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. If you see the lime leaves in the stew, remember to pick them up because they are tough as chewy as bay leaves. Then we would add the cornstarch mixture into the pot. Little by little don't put it in one time, you know otherwise lumps would be form in the liquid. We want to thicken the sauce gently. We don't want it to get too thick. We just want it slightly thickened and give a glaze. Then we would add the rest of the green onion over the top. The dish is ready! This dish is complicated and time consuming but it is totally worth the efforts.
