Stir Frying Chinese Pigs Feet

Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. After the aromatic vegetables are soft we can add the pig feet into the wok. Give a quick stir again so that the pig feet would absorb the aroma from the ginger and the garlic. We would also add the Chinese cooking wine. The shiitake mushrooms into the wok. Then we would add the hot sauce into the wok. We want the wine and the hot sauce to be stir fried over high heat with the pig feet.
