Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. To peel the garlic cloves you would smack each garlic clove gently with the flat side of the blade. The skin should be loosen and the garlic cloves should come out very easily. Then you see we still have some wooden part on the top of the garlic cloves and we would just gently trim off that woody top part. That is the prepared garlic cloves. To cut the green onions, first we would get rid of the roots and then we would cut the green onion in length around 1 1/2 inches. For the lime leaves in order to release the aroma, we would just cut it against the vein. Then you would smell the aroma.
