Seasoning ingredients for Chinese Pigs Feet

Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. The seasonings include 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 ounces of brown sugar. If you can find a Chinese brown sugar or the Chinese rock sugar, it would be even better. 1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine. 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, it is a very deep color soy sauce and it would add color to the dish in general. 1 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoon of Chinese oyster sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoon of soy hot sauce. It should be available in most Asian grocery store. If you can not find it, you can use miso as a substitute. We also need 1 cube of of fermented tofu which can also be found in Chinese market.
