The Basics of Dream Analysis

Hi, I'm Carmen Lynne, I'm here with Expert Village, and I'm going to be talking to you today about dreams and dream analysis. Now this is something that has fascinated me for many, many years, dream analysis. In fact, I produced and created a whole video series for the Reader's Digest about dreams, several years ago when I was in England. That was giving you all the archetypal symbols and what they mean, it was called The Meaning of Dreams. Also, as part of my hypnotherapy practice I use dream analysis a lot because dreams are messages from your subconscious mind, and that's what I'm working with all the time. So, we're going to be discussing things today such as, what the different archetypal symbols mean, the three stages of dreams and what they all mean, and what dreams are actually doing for your subconscious mind. So this is all fascinating, and when you come back we'll be looking at an actual dream example and analyzing it in great detail.
