Adding Tofu Cubes for Chinese Ma Po Tofu

Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show several everyday Chinese dishes. Now we are adding the tofu cubes with other ingredients in the wok. We would also add 2 tablespoon of water. You don't have to add to much of water because the tofu would release some water during the cooking process. Also use a rubber spatula to stir the tofu so that the tofu cubes are intact. As you see after forming this, more water is in the wok because the water is released from the tofu cubes. So right now actually we have enough liquid. Let the tofu cubes steam for a total of 5-7 minutes so that the tofu cubes would absorb all the flavors.
