Layering Whipped Cream for Robert Redford Pie

Hi. My name is Brandon Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to make The Next Best Thing to Robert Redford Pie. So now we move on to the final layer, which is the easiest one. It's nothing but whipped topping. So we're just going to take our pie, as it sits here, and drop the whipped topping on top. Remember this is the other half that we had of our total allotment of 16 ounces. So this is eight ounces. If you bought two containers, this is the other container, so to speak. Get it all out there. All right. Now, all we're doing here is, just like we have been doing, take it and do nice, easy layer. Work it all the way out to your corners. We've got a pretty big blob over here we need to work through. There we go. And for the top layer, which is the layer I'm working on right now, I don't ever get too artistic, because I like the look that you get from just the spatula. I think it's a nice, cool look, especially if you do it like this. Create a nice ripple look. Everything is nice and even here. And the final crowning glory here is our chocolate. So we're just going to sprinkle our chocolate all over the outside, as evenly as possible. And now I'm going to go wash my hands off, but before that, I'm going to show you the pie. So here is our pie, and I'm going to throw it in the refrigerator now, like I said, for six to eight hours. So we will come back in about six hours, and I will show you what the end result looks like. So I guess, go take a nap or something. Go run some errands. Six hours away. I'll be back.
