On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today we are going to make carne con papas. I want to place my meat in there really easily. A few at a time, place it on the top. I'm going to stir it up too in a little bit; just take your time placing that meat in all the sauce. I'm going to wash that piece in a little bit and put it back in there. Some in the side and I'm going to go ahead and move it around. It is suppose to be a little thick as you see. It is our version of beef stew. Move it around, make sure that all of it gets cover; don't miss a piece. Move it back and forth, moving it from all the crevasse of the pan and continue to move it like that. Just pinching it up and moving it, you want to go ahead and move around the sauce and the piece of meat before you go place your next one in there which would be your wine.
