Choosing Wire for A Box Bracelet

This is John Mendez with Expert Village and now that we have finished soldering all of our bars for the box bracelet, I like to have them ready for stringing. I usually string them all with the head pin, with the head on one side and the soldered end on the other side when we get ready for stringing. And when we do string it you are going to need four strands of cable wire. This is point fourteen millimeter cable wire and its nylon coated cable wire. There is nineteen strands in there but since is point fourteen it's very very fine, so it's not a heavy wire because you want this to be really fluid and lay really nicely on your arm. So before we start stringing I am going to show you how to attach a crimp and make a loop so that we can attach it to our clasp because we will have to string one end of the clasp and crimp it down and then we can start stringing all four strands from one end to the other. So we will make these attachments and then we can start stringing it all the way across.
