Hi! This is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some twice baked potatoes. You see I was able to fit all the mixture. I just piled it on top making them really big and beefy. At this point, I'll take a little bit of salt and pepper again, fresh pepper, on each one. Nice. I'll put a little sea salt on all of them. Then we're going to add some more cheese. We have our cheese here, sharp cheddar. I'm just going to put a little bit onto the tops of them like so. It gives it that little browning affect at the end where it's so nice when it comes out of the oven. Also, I'm going to put a little parmesan cheese. That's my trick. In a course of making this a few times. This is shredded parmesan, very nice, very fresh, and very delicious. It gives it another added taste. Also what I'm going to do to give this a flare and the kids love it. I'm just going to take a couple pieces of bacon. Before I stick these in the oven, I'm going to take some bacon, get it real crispy, and crumble some bacon bits on top of these twice baked super duper deluxe heavy depth. These are heaven. This is heaven. That's all I can say. If you died and went to heaven this would be on your first meal up there in heaven. Again, look how great that is. Come back.
