Adding Parsley to the Alfredo Sauce For Fettuccine Alfredo
Hey there this is Chef Dominic with Expert Village where the experts know what they are talking about. Okay, if you look here the sauce is boiling now. It has a lot of little bubbles. It actually looks like cheese bubbling on top and that is actually the texture that we are looking for. I strained the pasta. I put this pasta into a bowl here and we are going to go ahead and add a couple pinches of parsley for color to the sauce. We are going to continue to stir it up a little bit. The sauce is actually becoming very creamy and thick right now. If you notice it is not as liquidity as it was. A lot of the sauce is starting to stick to the whisk wires and we are going to continue to do this for about another minute and let it thicken up. Now we are going to pour the pasta into the sauce and we are almost ready to serve. So stay tuned and you guys are just in for a treat of a lifetime. Let me tell you.
