Adding Cheese to the Alfredo Sauce
Okay hey there. This is Chef Dominic with Expert Village. Remember at the beginning I said we needed a fork. Everyone’s like, what’s a fork for? Well not only is the fork for eating which is probably what I am definitely going to eat this food but it is also to break up the cheese when you put into the pan. So here we are going to start with 2 cups of Romano cheese. We are going to put the Romano cheese into the sauce and actually the Romano cheese is actually what thickens up the cream as the cream starts to boil. If you could see here, it starts to boil up a little bit. We are going to go ahead and put the cheese inside of there. Add cheese and start mixing it a little bit with the fork and get it going. Nice and fattening. Yes. So this is such a great sauce and so easy to make. I tell you you’ll get so stuffed and full off this meal and your guts are going to love it. Such an easy sauce to make. I love showing people how to make the sauce. We are going to take our whisk and mix it up a little bit. Get the cheese in there. Keep it going. Just mix it up, break up whatever cheese is in there. Keep it going. It is starting to form a little bit. Be up there for a few more minutes. As we leave it, we are going to check our pasta and kind of see where we are at there. Okay, that’s good. None of it is sticking. It is cooking really very good. It is cooking excellent.
