Hi! This is Brenda. We are working on acrylic painting project. I have chosen today a birdhouse and it always seems to turn out well. Here is a smaller one if you like this size but for this project today we are going to work on this larger one. Now for time sake I have already painted this red and it is dry with our acrylic red paint and I am going to choose green for this side. It could be may be a holiday house and we just begin to stroke like this with our green paint. I am using the wider brush so it will cover more in a shorter length of time, just making my strokes like this with an acrylic paint that I have put in my little plastic tray here and just brush strokes like this to cover the entire side of the house. Now here is the side that we have already done earlier. We did it in the green and then we used a little smaller white paint and the paint brush to accent with the trees and this is how we did this. We just make some strokes like that and you can make as much or as little as you like. Let it dry for several hours. If you want to spray it with some varnish so that you can hang it outside and it will be weather proofed that’s a good idea too.
