Using Light Bore on the Cylinder of a Rome 22caliber Revolver

So here we are with the bore light. I'm going to take this bore light and I'm just going to kind of shine it in each one of these chambers. I'm going to give it a pretty good looking, make sure. When I'm using the bore light, I kind of work in a counter-clockwise fashion. That's just arbitrary, that's not a big deal, I just do that because I just kind of rest it on my finger on my left hand and work it around from there. We're actually looking pretty good on these cylinders. I've got a little bit of build-up on the front face here, but that is just where most of the build-up happens, so I'm going to put the bore light down and I'm actually going to go back through and I'm going to hit these up one more time. What we're going to do, we're going to do one more brushing. We're just going to kind of wipe around this edge here, scrub around with this brass brush. I'm just kind of twisting here because this is kind of where that build-up is. It's just real quick, real easy. I'm going to clean the inside of that where the cylinder pin holds, clean the inside of that. And real quick, I'm just going to go back over with the bore light. And we're looking really good. Ok, so the next thing we're going to do, we're going to get a couple more of these brushes here and we're just going to kind of get it prepped up and we're going to put a good scrubbing along the rest of this cylinder here. We're going to hit the front, the front face, and the back face, and the outside of the cylinder. And we're going to do that with a few of these brushes that we haven't used yet.
