The next tool we're going to be talking about is a pry bar. This item is used for dismantling. It's also used for floor installation. It's used for removing trim. When you're setting a door by yourself you can put it underneath the door and press it down and hold the door up higher for you if you're setting pins. It has a variety of different uses. But those uses there can be determined upon the job site. What we have with us right now is a standard pry bar. Pry bar is twelve inches long. It comes with a front tip. The front tip is used for prying underneath and for also pulling out nails where you would put it in and push it down with the item being curvature here to give you a balance. Same thing at this end but this end here is more for prying, pulling, and ripping type action. Same thing, hole for the nail to be cut out. You slide it around the nail. You pull it out. You can use that. Like I said, with the doors, you push the door on top or whatever your sheet rock might be, you step on it and it raises that item. So you can use that as a leverage tool. This is a tool that comes in many different sizes, shapes and something that is required for all jobs.
