Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make an ice cream sundae, an ice cream malt, an ice cream soda, and a chocolate egg cream. We're going to make a sundae, my favorite thing in the whole world. Kids love toppings on sundaes. You can use any kind of toppings. Walnuts, Oreos, Reeseās Pieces, Heath bars. You want to crunch them up big. Get your mallet. I didn't talk about this in utensils because I wasn't sure if we were going to chop them. Since we are, you just want to give it a little hit. You don't even have to hit it hard. Just crushing it. What's great about these is you break them up with your fingers. Look at that. 3 cookies just gave a total amount of crunchy toppings for your sundae. All you have to do then is just put it in a bowl and the kids can take it for themselves. Look how easy. That's one topping. Then we can just get our pineapples, crushed pineapples right from a can. Put them for the kids and give them a little spoon. They're ready to go if they want pineapples on their sundae. Last, I'm going to use walnuts today. I have walnuts in syrup, which is always good, but I also give everybody a choice since I had some walnuts. Again, right on top of our thing. Give a little pounding. One at a time so they don't go all over the place. Just like that. You got your walnuts. Put them in a little bowl. In less than a minute, you've got 3 different toppings for the kids for their sundae. Come back. We're going to keep making this. It's sundae fun day here on Expert Village.
