i Hi I'm Jabari Pride and we're back with ExpertVillage.com and we're about to do some more upper body stretches. Okay the next stretch that we're going to do is a stretch for your lats, or the wings on the side of your body. Okay, so standing up tall, slight bend in the knees, you want to, if I'm, if I'm stretching out the right side of my body my right latissimus dorsi muscle, I want to reach up with my right arm, lean over to the left side of my body. Now I want to keep my body straight. I don't want to really turn to a side, pick a side, because it's going to take away from the stretch on my lat. So like I said, I reach up with my arm and then I come down. So if I'm stretching the right side of my body, I'm leaning to the left side. And I'm really going to feel the stretch all the way from my lower oblique muscles, all the way up the right side of my body up to my, up through my lats. Same thing with the other side. I want to stretch the left side of my body, I raise my left hand, nice straight line, reach up, lean over to the right side of my body keeping everything nice and straight, I'm not twisting my body in any direction, looking straight forward too. And that's a stretch for your lats on both sides.
