Seated Forward Bend Yoga Position for Menopausal Women

Seated forward bend over blanket. So go ahead and turn this side, bring your legs out, straight in front of you and grab your blankets. You can decide what height is most comfortable for you, grab a couple of blankets and put them on to your legs. Otherwise you are going to reach forward towards your feet, it is okay to now touch your feet, you can set your hands down towards your calves or your ankles, now we are just going to start to roll over the sheet and just let your head drop on to the blankets. You can sit here from anywhere from 5-10 minutes. You can feel a soft breathing from the belly, you should feel a little bit of stretch to the shoulders and a little bit of stretch in the back in the legs. Lift the heart and go ahead and bring your hands back and you can take the blankets off your legs.
