Hi, this is Jimmy Hartman on behalf of Expert Village and in this clip we will be creating a web sticker. Something to advertise says something for free on your site or downloading a trial version. It will look like it was kind of slapped on there to bring out the customers attention. In this clip we are going to be creating this image here, a basic web sticker. Not too much involved with this one. You can kind of experiment with the shape to kind of give you all kinds of different effects or styles that you are looking for, so first things first. Let's go ahead and start with a new file. I am going to go ahead and close this one. Go to file, new. I am going to leave it at 350 by 350. I am going to open our layers palate here and we want to be operating on our layer, not our background layers. So we are going to go ahead and add a new layer, link layer. And then we are going to use a custom shape or a polygon tool here. Right here you have got your polygon tool. Click and hold the selected if you want to find it here or you can come up to the top and select polygon tool here. Now I have already got sides set to fourteen because I was just doing this tutorial. And in this drop down menu for your custom shape go ahead and make it star and indent sides by twenty-five percent. Real quick, what that does, I think the default is fifty percent, so if you were to draw a star here. I will have to change my color. Draw a star and now if we change our indent sides to twenty-five which is what I had it before. We are going to draw it. You can see that these edges here don't come in as far towards the center. That is all that does. And Control, Z and Control, Alt, Z to get rid of those. Alright, make sure our new layer is selected and then I am going to go ahead and add our new star here with fourteen side?s right here in the middle. And now first things first, we are going to go ahead and add a bit of color to it, pick out what color we want. So I am going to go and double click this layer here on the side to bring up our layer styles. And just do a simple; I think I will do a gradient overlay on this one. And I am going to click our gradient bar to bring up our gradient editor and I am going to start with one of the presets we made earlier here, this gradient blue. And I am going to change it to the green you saw. So just double click the dark color, click our green, and I will have it, right about there looks good. And double click our light color, set our hue to green again, and come in here with a light green. That ought to work, looks pretty good.
