Now I'm going to show you how to actually buy Virtual Console games and how to look at them. You go to this 'Virtual Console' link right here on the Shop Channel homepage, and then you've got a couple options here: popular titles; newest additions; search by category; search by game title. So we'll go look at the popular titles. Again, it's loading because this is an Internet connection. Here's some of the popular titles and they'll give you who made the game, Nintendo, and the original video game console that it was on. So Super Mario Brothers 3 was on the NES. You can just scroll down. You can also use the little D-pad, right here, to go down. There you go. You can see that the NES titles are almost always 500 points. Nintendo 64 titles are 1,000 points, and let's see if I can find one, Super Nintendo, I believe is 800 points. Yeah there's a Super...well, this is Sega Genesis. Sega Genesis games are available as well but here's a Super NES game for 800 points. So I have 600 points. I think I'm going to buy this Super Mario Brothers 'The Lost Levels'. This is a game that wasn't even available in the U.S., only in Japan. You have the option to gift it, or download it. So if you have some Wii friends set up, you can gift it. You can buy it for them and give it to them as a present. I'll go ahead and just download this, and you'll get a little note saying what you can use to play the game. With the old NES games, you can actually use the Wii remote, you'll just turn it sideways. You can also use the Classic Controller or a GameCube Controller. I'll just hit OK. It gives you a little information about your current points, how much it costs to download, how much I'll have left afterwards and then this open blocks information is basically your memory. So it's only going to cost me 25 blocks and I've got 1200 available, so that's pretty good. So I'll just hit YES, and then you'll just wait for it to download. You have a funny little graphic here of Mario, and download successful. Then you'll hit OK. This'll take me right into it here. So, if you want to go play your game, you go back to the Wii Menu, and it'll usually put the game in an open slot, wherever you have one available. Mine should be over here. There it is. Then you can just play your virtual console game. So, that's how you download Virtual Console games on your Wii.
