O.k., so now I'm going to actually turn the Wii on and show you what it looks like and give you an overview of all the channels that we're going to talk about. So to turn it on, I'm just going to take the remote and hit and hold the power button and it will come on. I'll hit A to continue, and this is what you'll see when you start your Wii. This right here is the disc channel, if you insert a game it will show up here. You've got your Mii channel where you can make your Mii, your photo channel, the Wii shop channel, that's where you can buy old games and also download new channels like these other ones when they become available. There's the forecast channel, the news channel, everybody votes, the internet channel, which is, I still have it on the trial version but I can basically access the internet on my Wii, and down here I have some of the games that I've bought from the Wii shop channel, it's called the virtual console. There's like an old Super Nintendo game here, there's more Super Nintendo, all the way back to the original NES and over here just some other stuff, there's the check Mii out channel and I've got some more games and go in between these two screens right here and you'll see that I can just either mouse over the arrows and go back or I can just hit the plus and minus keys right here to go back and forth. Also down here you have your options and there's a Data Management and Wii settings. I'll go into more detail on that later and then you have the message board where you can send and receive messages and also you'll get a lot from Nintendo, telling me what I've played today, that kind of stuff. Create message, it's got a little calendar on here, it's pretty cool. So that is the basic overview of the Wii and all the channels and I'll show you each channel in more detail now.
