Preparing Potatoes for Cabbage & Potatoes

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Let me just take another potato and cut it like very small pieces. Make sure that whenever you are cutting the potato it will be like small pieces because I'll tell you an advantage. Because whenever you'll put it into a utensil, a larger potato will take a larger time to get soft. And a small potato will get small time to get soft. So it's always advisable that if you cut potatoes into small pieces they'll get soft very easily. Say if you talk about this potato, this is very, very hard. If we'll get it boiled it will be very soft. So it's like it's not that always you can eat these boiled vegetables. So you have to cut the potatoes into very small like this, the way I?m doing it. And then you can move forward. I?m just left with one of the big potatoes I would say. I'm cutting it very, very small so that I would get my recipe as early as I can. I?m dying to eat this recipe.
