Cutting Potatoes for Cabbage & Potatoes

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So we are like almost doing the cutting of the potatoes. And we have to do it very cautiously. And here it goes. I think this much of potatoes are enough for the recipe. And here is the recipe, the cutting. Now I?ll be cutting the potatoes further. You have to cut it into the middle. Make it into small sort of pieces like very small, not big ones. Because it will only look good plus tasty when they are actually cut into very small. Cut it into small, small pieces so that they are actually gel well with the thing. The actual color's played by the turmeric powder, which is actually yellow in color. And when we'll add turmeric powder, the whole vegetable will turn into a yellowish shade. And talk about the cauliflower, talk about the potato, it will actually turn into a yellow color. So you need to gel well, the potatoes with the cauliflower. So that they look good. And here I'm done with the potatoes.
