Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Because Indians prefer more to have a dry vegetable recipe in the lunch and they like to have a wet recipe as in like a recipe which is actually containing curry in the night. So I mean, it's not that they have it but at times they want a dry recipe. And this recipe itself is a very, very good recipe. Because this is called cauliflower and potato. So here we are cutting the recipe. Here we are actually cutting the cauliflower into small, small pieces. It's not actually very small but actually we are giving some shapes to it. So here it goes. It will be like...you know. Just cutting will be difficult for you because at times you won't be able to deal with small, small leaves so you can it into a big one. At last we should be left with a solid part which is actually called the seed. And further you can cut it and keep the solid part apart.
