How to Wash Vegetables

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So let's make this tasty recipe and just have a look at what is so special about this recipe. So let's start making it. Well, before making it I'll tell you about the recipe, the vegetable. The vegetables which are involved in this recipe is basically the cauliflower and the potato. Firstly, let's take out the cauliflower. I have actually washed vegetables very properly. It's always advisable. Whenever you are making these vegetables, talk about green vegetables or any other vegetables, you need to wash them properly. All the vegetables are properly washed. You can either wash in the sink or you can put your vegetables into a bucket I mean, which is full of water and you can wash them properly. Now I tell you that for this particular recipe how you can cut the cauliflower. What you need to do is you have to take this cauliflower in your hand and cut from the middle. You need to remove this first, which is the lower part of the cauliflower. If you think the cauliflower leaves which are like this are getting very dirty, you can remove it. Say suppose if it is like dirty. Well, this is a clear one. I?ve already cleared it. If you want to remove it, they can be actually removed. But you need to wash it again.
