So next we're going to make a juice. We're actually going to put Clementine oranges, some apples, yellow squash, and spinach. And this is actually a preference for you. I'm going to show you how to prepare and then next we're going to juice. So we start off, you know, you can do grapefruit, regular oranges, it's really up to you. There's no certain way for you to juice any kinds of fruits or vegetables, it's just a preference. I'm going to peel these all off. You don't want to juice the peel. The peel's very acidic, it doesn't taste very good, and it's going to make you're whole juice taste really bad. So it's very important that you do peel your oranges or grapefruits if that's what you're using. Okay, get these off. And again, the seeds will actually be taken out with the rest of the fiber so I don't worry too much about that. With the squash, a lot of times I will go and get prepared, you know you can go and actually buy fruits and vegetables already cut up for you if it's a time issue. That way you can still get fresh fruits and vegetables, it's just a little bit easier, a little bit more convenient. Okay, so we got our carrots, we got our squash, apples, and our oranges. Next we're going to move on to juicing.
