How to Make a Healthy Spinach Juice
Right next we´re gonna move on, we´re gonna actually juice some spinach, broccoli, carrots, celery and apples. Spinach is rally great, spinach is definitely a superfood, so is broccoli. There´s a lot of really good stuff, really good nutrients. And again, if you are able to edt the fibre afterwards it´s a great way to getting your fibre. And I cut up a little bit more apple. You know any kind of juicer will work, it doesn´t have to be a 500,-$ juicer, just something that really works for you, that´s functional. Little bit of broccoli, broccoli has a really strong taste, so I don´t always put a lot of broccoli in, the celery will actually minimize that and the carrots and apple will actually sweeten it up. Here we go, take that out, we actually got our glass, put it here, great great way to get a lot of vitamins and minerals. aNow when you´re done you can actually take this off and all the stuff in here, all this fibre, really good. You can actually drink your juice down to here, add in the fibre and it will be like a porridge, if you´re able to do that. If you´re not, you know you do the best that you can. And that´s our drink.
