Making Healthy Apple, Carrot, & Celery Juices
Okay next we're actually going to move onto juicing. Juicing is a great way to get in a lot of nutrients. It also takes out the fiber, so my recommendation for people is if they're juicing, if they're on a liquid diet, after you're done juicing actually in the back of your juicer there's a place where all the fibers goes. And I actually recommend you adding in a little bit of that fiber back in because fiber is very important for the digestive system. It helps clean out the system, it goes in there and it keeps things moving. So, a very key thing for your digestive track. I'm going to cut this up, we're actually going to do carrots, celery, and apples. Apples actually have insoluble and soluble fiber. They're the only fruit that has both fibers which are very good for the body. I'm going to turn this on here. (adding vegetables to the juicer) There you go, we've got carrot, apple and celery. Normally when you're done I would suggest that you just add a little bit of fiber back in there because it's very important.
